During tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw live in Hartford, CT it was confirmed by Vince McMahon that WWE Hall of Famer Bret “The Hitman” Hart will be hosting next week’s Raw in Dayton, OH on January 4. McMahon initially came out and said he heard the rumors and wouldn’t allow Hart to return, but a visit from Shawn Michaels convinced him to change his mind. This will be Hart’s first appearance on WWE TV since his Hall of Fame induction back in 2006 and 12 years after his final night with the company in November 1997 after the now infamous Survivor Series 1997 “screwjob” in Montreal.
