WWE revealed the company’s 2011 fourth quarter and overall year earnings on Thursday. A full press release can be viewed at this link. Here is a breakdown of the results.

Revenues totaled $483.9 million for 2011 compared to $477.7 million in 2010.

Revenues for the 2011 fourth quarter were $112.9 million compared to $122.5 million last year.

Operating income was $13 million in the fourth quarter compared to $14.4 million last year. 2011 vs. 2010: $37 million (2011) vs. $82.3 million (2010).

Net Revenues (Live and Televised, Consumer Products, Digital Media, WWE Studios) was $81 million compared to $82.4 million last year. 2011 vs. 2010: $340 million (2011) vs. $331.8 million (2010).

Net Revenues by Region (North America, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America) was $78.2 million compared to $85.9 milion last year. 2011 vs. 2010: $350.5 million (2011) vs. $342.4 million (2010).
