The May 20th edition of Florida Championship Wrestling, featuring Corey Graves & Jake Carter defending their FCW Tag Team Titles against The Ascension, FCW Champion Seth Rollins vs. Big E. Langston, Richie Steamboat defending the FCW 15 Title against Brad Maddox & Bo Rotundo vs. Kassius Ohno in a FCW Title #1 Contenders Match is now up on YouTube at this link:
Unfortunately, due to the delay of the show being posted on YouTube this week, I was unable to do a recap of the show. However, here are the results of the May 20th edition of Florida Championship Wrestling:
Your announcers are Chris Russo and Byron Saxton.
1. FCW Tag Team Titles: Corey Graves & Jake Carter w/A.W. (c) defeated The Ascension (Kenneth Cameron & Conor O’Brian) by pinfall to retain the titles after the champs hit a powerslam/neckbreaker combo on O’Brian.
Raquel Diaz comes out to the interview area and talks about not having to defend her FCW Divas Title. Sofia Cortez and Paige came out and wondered why Raquel abandoned the ‘Anti-Diva’ mentality. Paige and Sofia demand a title match and Raquel said that she would face Paige next week.
2. FCW Champion Seth Rollins defeated Big E. Langston by pinfall with the running curb stomp.
Antonio Cesaro went to the interview area and he talked about his match with Kassius Ohno last week and how he had him beat. He mentions that Ohno was jealous and that he is unknockoutable. Cesaro mentions that he will always be better than Ohno.
3. FCW 15 Title: Richie Steamboat & Brad Maddox went to a 1-1 tie. Therefore, Steamboat retains his FCW 15 Title.
4. Main Event in a #1 Contenders Match for the FCW Title: Bo Rotundo defeated Kassius Ohno by pinfall after Antonio Cesaro ran in and nailed Ohno with his travel satchel.
