PWInsider.com reports that WWE and the McMahon family each filed separate motions to dismiss the lawsuit brought against them by Martha Hart and the Owen Hart Estate on Tuesday. The latest version of Hart’s lawsuit against the company includes the use of Owen Hart’s name for marketing materials including eight DVDs and the WWE Encylopedia without proper payments to Owen Hart’s estate per his contract stating royalty payments would continue following his death.
