WWE is holding television tapings this weekend in Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Virginia for both Monday Night Raw and Smackdown. WWE will be taping the 12/31 Raw tonight in Washington, D.C. and the 1/4 edition of Smackdown on Sunday in Richmond.
