WWE star CM Punk met with 77 year-old shooting victim Thomas Dotterer on Sunday in Syracuse, New York where WWE was running a live event. Punk had invited Dotterer to the show after Punk wanted him to be his guest, mentioning that he deeply respected Dotterer on Twitter. Dotterer was shot in the left eye during a robbery of his liquor store, but said that CM Punk losing to the Rock at the Royal Rumble was worse. Unfortunately, Dotterer was hospitlaized with complications from that ordeal over the weekend and could not attend the live event, but CM Punk met with him in the hospital.
