Sin Cara has not been active in the ring at WWE live events the last two weekends due to suffering a concussion. According to a report by Dave Meltzer, Sin Cara is believed to have suffered a concussion during his match with Jack Swagger on 3/11. He was later evaluated on 3/18 and underwent Impact testing. He hasn’t been active in the ring ever since.
