Update on Jack Swagger’s DUI court case

Mike Johnson is reporting that Jack Swagger is scheduled to appear in court on June 25th in Mississippi on charges stemming from his arrest for DUI back in February. City prosecutor Kirk Clark is pushing to get the maximum sentence on Swagger, which would be 2 days in jail and a completion of victim-impact classes. The DUI charges on Swagger carry fines of $437 for marijuana possession, $188 for driving 10 mph over the speed limit and $1,300 for driving impaired on his 1st DUI offense.
