The Court in Hillsborough County, Florida has dismissed a lawsuit brought against WWE by former developmental talent Brian Jack according to a report by Mike Johnson. Jack filed a lawsuit against WWE regarding alledged injuried his suffered in a ring used in developmental back in 2009. According to the report, the lawsuit was dismissed due to Jack’s “failure to serve any of the defendants in a timely manner.”
This was Jack’s second attempt at a lawsuit against WWE after filing an original one in the state of Wisconsin that was quickly dismissed by that court as well.
