The music of WWE COO Triple H hits as he makes his way to the ring. Crowd chants for Triple H. Triple H says as much as he appreciates that chant, he wants to hear a different one. Where are we? Crowd chants “NXT.” Tonight, we are to celebrate the 200th episode of NXT. We are here at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida, the new home of NXT. You’ve seen some amazing talent over the last 200 episodes. You’ve seen Damien Sandow, Antonio Cesaro, the Shield, the Wyatts, all come from NXT. Crowd does the five chant for Big E. Langston. Now, with the Performance Center just a few miles from here, I can promise you that going forward, this will get better and better and better. I give you my word that when you come here, these shows will be something to remember, each and every time. These guys and girls will lay it all out on the line for you, because this is NXT, this is where the future begins. I’d like to thank and congratulate Full Sail and the talent, but I really wanna thank all of you. Stand up, look to the person next to you and know that this is NXT, you are NXT, this is your show, this is your arena. Crowd again chants “NXT.” So congratulations to you and here’s to the future. You didn’t come here to see me talk, you came to see some action, so are you ready?

We see the usual intro, then go to the opening match.

Antonio Cesaro & Leo Kruger vs. Tyson Kidd & Sami Zayn

“OLE” chant for Zayn before the bell. “We the People” chants as the bell sounds. Kidd & Kruger start. Kruger with a gut kick and a side headlock. Shoulder knockdown and Kruger talks trash to Zayn. Kidd with a leapfrog, but Kruger blocks a hiptoss. Kidd comes back with an armdrag into an armbar. Zayn in, but Kruger instantly backs away to his corner. Cesaro tagged in. “Match of the Year” chants by the crowd for Zayn & Cesaro’s match from back in July. Feeling out process between the two. Cesaro with a top wristlock, taking down Zayn into a back bridge. Cesaro with a gut kick, a forearm and a back club, then rakes his knee against Zayn’s face. Zayn comes back with right hands, but Cesaro throws Zayn into the corner. Cesaro with gut shots, but Zayn comes back with right hands. Kidd in, slingshot O’Connor Roll for a nearfall. Side headlock applied. Kidd goes for a leapfrog, but Cesaro catches him in mid-air with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker.

Back from commercial as Kruger chokes Kidd in the corner. Ref is with Kruger, allowing Cesaro to get a cheapshot in. Kidd fights out of their corner, O’Connor Roll for a nearfall. Kruger then stops Kidd from making a tag, spinebuster for a nearfall. Cesaro in, gut shot to Kidd. Big uppercut, followed by the deadlift side salto for a nearfall. Chinlock applied, crowd wills on Kidd. Kidd fights back, but Cesaro tags in Kruger. Kruger stomps away at Kidd in the corner. Cesaro in, double back elbow for a nearfall. Chinlock re-applied, crowd again wills on Kidd. Kidd gets free, but Cesaro with a clothesline, then knocks Zayn off the apron with a running boot. Kruger in, front elbow drop for a nearfall. Chinlock applied by Kruger. Kidd fights back, but Kruger with a back club. Cesaro in, but Kidd avoids a double team. Kruger charges in, but Kidd pulls down the top rope, sending Kruger to the outside. Cesaro charges in, but Kidd avoids him, sending Cesaro crashing into the turnbuckles. Kruger tags in and tries to prevent Kidd from making a tag, but Kidd sends him into the middle rope and tags in Zayn.

Clotheslines and a dropkick to Kruger. Cesaro knocked off the apron. Kruger runs into an elbow and a boot by Zayn. Zayn heads up to the middle rope, then leaps to the top, crossbody for a nearfall. Zayn goes for the OLE Kick, but runs into a knee strike. Kruger goes for the Slice, but Zayn catches him with the Blue Thunder Bomb, however Cesaro breaks up the pinfall. Kidd sent to the apron, but he hiptosses Cesaro to the outside. Kidd with a head of steam and he wipes out Cesaro with a tope con hijo on the outside!

Back in, Zayn this time hits the OLE kick on Kruger for the win.

Backstage, Natalya is watching the prior match on a monitor when Emma comes in, doing her wacky dance. Natalya says Emma almost took her eye out doing that dancing. Emma is a little upset by Natalya’s comments, but Natalya says that she was just trying to watch Tyson’s match. Emma says I’m sorry, how could I interrupt you, Ms. Big Reality Star? Natalya re-iterates that she was trying to watch the match, but Emma says she was just trying to have a little fun, somebody’s changed a little bit since they got famous, no time for the little people down in NXT anymore, except of course when you can have a title match against Paige, then you have time. Natalya says Emma is one to talk, she became #1 Contender through a silly dance-off. You really deserve it and I deserve nothing, I guess. Emma says all she heard was dancing is silly and it is not, dancing is in my blood. Natalya says just like wrestling is in my blood. If you are so interested in dancing, I would love to tangle with you, right into the Sharpshooter, of course, but then we can find out who is deserving to be the #1 Contender against Paige. Emma accepts and says she will leave the silly stuff at home, then dances off.

We see video from the 1st episode of NXT back on February 23, 2010, featuring Daniel Bryan, Wade Barrett, Darren Young, Heath Slater, Justin Gabriel and more. Also featured is Bryan’s match with Chris Jericho on that show.

We then see video of a special meet-and-greet before the 200th episode of NXT featuring Kofi Kingston, JoJo, Eva Marie and Natalya.

Sasha Banks w/Summer Rae vs. NXT Women’s Champion Paige

Paige instantly goes after Sasha as the bell sounds, but then Sasha unloads with a series of overhand chops. Sasha sent onto the apron, but Paige gets distracted by Summer, allowing Sasha to hot-shot the back of Paige’s neck across the top rope. Sasha stomps away at Paige in the corner. Paige fights back, but Sasha leaps onto Paige’s back, applying a sleeper. Paige takes down to the mat with the sleeper along with a body scissors. Crowd wills on Paige. Paige gets to her feet and drives Sasha into the corner to break the hold. Sasha comes back with a slap, but Paige counters the lucha style arm drag from the corner and sends Sasha crashing onto the mat. Paige comes back with a trifecta of short-arm clotheslines. Running dropkick, but when Paige goes off the ropes, Summer grabs her leg. Sasha charges in, but Paige ducks and Sasha accidentally nails Summer with a kick.

Savate Kick by Paige, followed by the Paige Turner for the win.

We go backstage with Colin Cassady & Enzo Amore, who is in a wheelchair due to his broken leg suffered a month ago. Enzo says the place they went to was not handicap-accessable, so they will be hearing from my lawyer. We hear Aiden English practicing his scales and Enzo & Cass interrupt him. English asks what is so funny. One day, i will be on the bright stages of Broadaway, singing to the rafters while someone like Cass will be taking tickets at the door. Enzo says that English belching into a mic makes you as much of a singer as standing in a garage makes you a car. You wanna talk about singing? Cass has pipes that blow exhaust. English asks if Enzo thinks Cass can sing better than myself? English says if Cass thinks he is better, let’s take it to the NXT Universe. Let’s have a singing competition and let them decide who is the true talent. Cass says that sounds good and he will drop English like an unneccesary theater elective, how you doin’? Cass mocks the scales while Enzo calls English “SAWFT” and they walk off.

Open Challenge Match: NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension (Konnor & Viktor) vs. The American Pitbulls (John Cahill & Derek Billington)

Cahill & Billington are former ROH tag team the American Wolves of Eddie Edwards (Cahill) and Davey Richards (Billington). Tensai mentions on commentary working with both guys in the Orient. Viktor and Billington start. Viktor throws Billington into the corner, but he avoids a charge. Billington with a go-behind, but Viktor goes shoulder-to-shoulder. Billington puts on the brakes in the corner, then slides under Viktor’s legs. Viktor grabs Billington’s leg, but he avoids a clothesline. Billington takes down Viktor and gains a 1 count. Cahill in, double sledge to the arm of Viktor. Viktor backs Cahill into his corner, Konnor tagged in. Konnor goes shoulder-to-shoulder, followed by a big forearm. Billington gets the blind tag in as Cahill slides under Konnor’s legs and the Pitbulls hit a double Japanese armdrag on Konnor. Viktor comes in, but the Pitbulls sidestep his charge and send Viktor to the outside. Billington charges at Konnor, but Konnor catches him with the one-man flapjack. Billington sent off the turnbuckles, Konnor stomps away. Viktor in, big uppercut to Billington. Viktor goes for a back suplex, but as Billington tried to land on his feet, he didn’t get over all the way and lands on the TOP OF HIS HEAD!!! OMG! Viktor quickly gains a nearfall. Viktor with another uppercut. Billington this time is able to land on his feet to slip out of a back suplex attempt by Viktor. Viktor grabs his leg, but Billington hits a back heel kick.

Cahill in, right hands to Viktor. Two back elbows, Konnor knocked off the apron. Running kick to Viktor, but Konnor breaks up the pinfall. Konnor charges in, but Cahill pulls down the top rope, sending Konnor to the outside. Viktor charges in, but Cahill backdrops him to the outside. Pitbulls with a head of steam and wipe out the Ascension by SOARING and SCORING!! Pitbulls are fired up as they get Viktor back in. Cahill gains a nearfall. Billington in and heads up top. Billington with a howl, then nails Viktor with a diving headbutt for a nearfall. Billington misses a clothesline and Viktor DRILLS him with a flying knee. Konnor in, Cahill knocked off the apron.

Fall of Man to Billington for the win.

Winners: NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension by pinfall (The Fall of Man)

The Ascension stand tall afterwards, then we see Hunico & Camacho make their way out to ringside. The two teams stare each other down, then the Ascension hits Cahill with the double hiptoss slam, followed by the Fall of Man. The Ascension and Hunico & Camacho continue to stare each other down.

Backstage, Devin Taylor interviews Kofi Kingston. Devin asks Kofi how does it feel to be at NXT for the first time. Kofi says it feels amazing, I’ve been wanting to come here for so long and I’m so glad I can be a part of the 200th episode. All of a sudden, Lana walks in. Lana speaks in Russian to Kofi. Kofi doesn’t know what she said. Lana says that Alexander Rusev wants to crush Kofi next week in the ring, do you accept his offer? Kofi says that sounds more like a challenge. Anyone who knows me knows I don’t back down from challenges, I accept. Lana walks off.

Next week, its a special “NXT Rewind” episode of NXT, also featuring William Regal vs. Antonio Cesaro.

The lumberjacks are around the ring for our main event. WWE Hall of Famer Howard Finkel is the special guest ring announcer for this main event.

Main Event in a Lumberjack Match for the NXT Title: Adrian Neville vs. Bo Dallas (c)

“No More Bo” and “Pocahontos” chants by the crowd to Dallas. Pre-match intros from Finkel before the bell. Neville backs Dallas into the corner and breaks clean. Bo with a knee to the ribs and tries to send Neville to the outside, but Neville does a back handspring and hits Bo with a dropkick. Bo goes to the outside, but the lumberjacks send him back in. Bo is upset by this, but Neville takes advantage and hooks Bo in the Backlund Bridge for a nearfall. Bo with a gut shot and a right hand. Neville fights back, but Bo with a back club. Neville sent to the outside and Tyler Breeze goes to send Neville back in, but Neville blocks it and slaps the taste outta Breeze’s mouth! Back in, Neville avoids a clothesline and takes down Bo with an armdrag into an armbar.

Before we go back to the match, we see video from when Seth Rollins became the first NXT champion on the August 29, 2012 episode, defeating Jinder Mahal.

Back to the match as Bo backs Neville into the corner. Bo runs into a boot, then Neville with STIFF chest kicks. Crowd wants one more kick, but Bo avoids it and sends Neville to the outside. The lumberjacks send Neville back in. Series of kneedrops by Bo for a nearfall. Cravate applied as Breeze is seething on the outside. Crowd wills on Neville. Neville gets to his feet, but Bo takes him back down. Crowd chants “Boring” at the champion. Neville fights back, but Bo with a slam. Neville then comes back with a kick from underneath. Bo then with a kick to the leg, followed by a kick to the head from underneath for a nearfall. Short-arm back elbows by Bo, then he taunts the crowd. Bo then TAKES NEVILLE’S HEAD OFF with a short-arm clothesline, but Neville kicks out! Bo is beginning to get frustrated. Bo goes for the Acid Drop, but Neville slips out and hits a series of kicks to Bo’s leg. 2 flying forearms, a kick to the leg and a sliding kick by Neville for a nearfall. Neville runs into a back elbow, but he catches Bo off the ropes with a dropkick. Enziguri, followed by a standing shooting star press for a nearfall. Neville with a slam, then heads up top. Bo rolls out to the outside, but the lumberjacks stop him. Neville then changes direction and WIPES OUT ALL THE LUMBERJACKS AND BO WITH A FLIP DIVE!! However, he did not wipe out Breeze, who is still sitting down on the outside. Back in, Neville heads up top and goes for Red Arrow, but Breeze pulls Bo out of the way, causing Neville to crash and burn on the mat.

Bo covers Neville to retain the title.

Winner and STILL NXT Champion: Bo Dallas by pinfall

Bo celebrates his title retention as Breeze smiles on the outside, happy about what he did as we go to credits.
