According to a report by TMZ.com, the Ultimate Warrior (Jim Hellwig) died last Tuesday as a result of a “massive heart attack” according to the medical examiner who conducted the autopsy. The official cause of death was listed as “Atherosclerotic/Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease” aka heart disease.
It was also noted by the medical examiner that Warrior’s death was “natural” and no drugs or alcohol were directly involved.
