The lawyers for the late Ultimate Warrior under Warrior’s markerting company, Ultimate Creations, have begun sending out cease-and-desist letters to an estimated 100 merchandisers who have started to sell bootleg Ultimate Warrior t-shirts featuring his logo and name since his passing last week. Within the cease-and-desist letters, Ultimate Creations has threatened legal actions against the merchandisers should the sales of the bootleg Ultimate Warrior t-shirts continue.
