WWE may not be profitable in 2015 with new projections

Internal projections for WWE in 2014 is that they would lose an estimated $45 million to $52 million, making them the only pro wrestling company in history besides WCW in 2000 (which lost $62 million) to lose that amount of money in a single year. They expected to lose money over the first six months of the year and would then break even in October when the new TV rights deal was signed along with the WWE Network. The hope was that it would lead to record-breaking profits starting in 2015 and the realization is now setting in that they may not even be profitable in 2015. WWE Network subscriptions are a big key as they need to hit 1.75 to 1.9 million as a year-long average.
