Song composer James Papa’s lawsuit against the WWE over the use of theme songs he created for WCW in the 1990s was offically settled on 7/25. The U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas stated recently that all parties are required to file their agreement with the court by 8/29 so that the lawsuit can be officially closed. Papa, who created the Fabolous Freebirds’ entrance song, “Badstreet USA”, will be releasing a documentary later this year about the creation of the song.
