Regarding the new Kevin Owens name that former Ring of Honor and independent wrestling standout Kevin Steen will be using in WWE NXT, Steen will be using the name as a tribute to the late Owen Hart according to a report by Dave Meltzer. Steen was a big Owen Hart fan and named his son after Hart. As reported earlier, WWE has started filming vignettes for his NXT debut that could be happening as soon as December.
