* Corey Graves announces his retirement from the ring. Will be part of the NXT announce team going forward.
* Kevin Owens will kick-off the show in his NXT in-ring debut.
* B.A.E. (Sasha Banks & Becky Lynch) attacks Bayley backstage prior to the show, going after Bayley’s previously injured leg.

“Mr. Wrestling” Kevin Owens (debut) vs. “The Moonchild” CJ Parker
Parker comes out with a sign that reads “My Fight Matters.” Owens has new music and is wearing a t-shirt that is airbrushed with “KO.” Owens attacks Parker as the bell sounds with a corner clotheslines. Owens charges, CANNONBALL!! “Fight Owens Fight” chants by the crowd as Owens rips up Parker’s sign. Parker rolls outside, but Owens with a head of steam, FLIP DIVE WIPES OUT PARKER!! Owens says to the camera, “this is the beginning.” Back in, Owens with right hands and chops to Parker. Parker comes back with a big side kick. Parker with soccer kicks and stomps to Owens. Parker with a headbutt. “Owens gonna kill you” chants by the crowd. Owens avoids a back senton by Parker, but Parker hits him with the Third Eye for a nearfall. Owens is busted open above the right eye as Parker hits Shotgun Knees in the corner, but Owens fires out of the corner and hits a big clothesline. PUMPHANDLE NECKBREAKER BY OWENS!!
Parker off the ropes, POP-UP POWERBOMB by Owens for the win.

Backstage, we see NXT Champion Adrian Neville getting ready for the main event tonight.

NXT Tag Team Titles: The Lucha Dragons (Sin Cara & Kalisto) (c’s) vs. The Vaudevillains (“The Artiste” Aiden English & Simon Gotch)
Cara & Gotch start. Cara with a springboard headbutt, a right hand and a quebrada for a nearfall. English stops a wheelbarrow move, but Cara takes both Vaudevillains. Kalisto in, assisted wheelbarrow back senton by Lucha Dragons for a nearfall. Cara in, hits a dropkick on Gotch. Michinoku Driver by Cara for a 1 count. Cara goes for a backslide, but English tags in. English knocked off the apron, but he drags Cara out to the outside. “That was manly” chants by the crowd.
Back in, English gets a 1 count. English stomps away at Cara, gains a nearfall. Gotch in, double back club by Vaudevillains. Gotch gains a nearfall. Neck vise applied by Gotch. Crucifix by Gotch for a 1 count. English in, double chop by Vaudevillains. English gets a 1 count. English runs into a back elbow by Cara, but sends Cara to the outside. English sweeps out Kalisto’s leg from the outside. Back in, English with more stomps to Cara. Gotch in while English chokes Cara from the apron. Back suplex by Gotch for a 1 count. English in, chinlock applied to Cara, crowd wills on Cara. Cara fights back, flips over English, tags in Kalisto.
Springboard crossbody, corkscrew plancha, back handspring kick by Kalisto to English. Gotcha! Kick by Kalisto to Gotch. English backdropped onto Gotch on the outside. Lucha Dragons with a head of steam, English shoves Gotch out of the way, Lucha Dragons wipe out English with stereo planchas!
Back in, Solida Del Sol by Kalisto to Gotch to retain the titles.

We see Sasha Banks getting ready for her match backstage.
Tye Dillinger vs. “The Lone Wolf” Baron Corbin
Dillinger works over Corbin early as the crowd counts along to see how long this match goes. Corbin with Snake Eyes, followed by a big boot. We see Bull Dempsey watching from the front row.
END OF DAYS!! 1-2-3!

Dempsey claps for Corbin afterwards and the two stare each other down before Corbin leaves.
Sami Zayn gets ready for his match with Adrian Neville tonight.
We see video on the Ascension vs. Itami & Balor rivalry.
Hideo Itami & Finn Balor vs. The Ascension (Konnor & Viktor)
Hideo comes out in new yellow attire. Balor comes out with Predator body & face paint. Itami & Balor stomp away at the Ascension in separate corners before the bell. Ascension take back over on Balor. Balor with a shot to Konnor. Itami in, series of chest kicks to Konnor. Konnor comes back with a slam. Viktor in, takes over on Itami. Chinlock applied by Viktor to Itami. Crowd wills on Itami. Konnor in, avalanche to Itami for a nearfall. Viktor, continues to work over Itami and taunts Balor. Viktor gains a nearfall. Itami fights back, but Viktor stops him from making a tag. Itami avoids a corner charge, Viktor goes shoulder-first into the ringpost. Konnor sent to the outside, but Ascension pull Balor off the apron and go back to work on Itami. Konnor in, but Itami sidesteps a backdtop attempt. Itami with a shot to Viktor, then makes the tag to Balor.
Viktor in as well, Balor with a series of shots to Viktor, then runs up Viktor’s back and hits a dropkick to Konnor. Slingblade by Balor to Viktor, but runs into a back elbow. Viktor heads up top, but Balor knocks him off with an enziguri! Balor with a head of steam, FLIP DIVE wipes out the Ascension! Back in, Balor heads up top, but first, hits Konnor with an enziguri on the apron. Viktor avoids the double stomp, but Balor hits REVERSE BLOODY SUNDAY!! Konnor breaks up the pin. Itami sends Konnor to the outside. Viktor with an uppercut and a STO to Balor, Itami breaks up the pin. Itami goes for Go 2 Sleep on Viktor, but Konnor stops it and sends Itami to the outside. Ascension go for Fall of Man on Balor, but Itami pulls Konnor to the outside. PELE KICK by Balor to Viktor, followed by Itami hitting a running dropkick to Konnor.
Itami & Balor head up top on separate corners, STEREO DOUBLE STOMPS TO THE ASCENSION!! 1-2-3!

Backstage, Renee Young interviews Roman Reigns about winning Superstar of the Year at the Slammy Awards. Reigns says his goal is to be the first NXT Alumni to win the WWE World Title.
Charlotte gets ready for her match, which is up next and is greeted by her father, Ric Flair.

NXT Women’s Title: “The Dirtiest Diva in the Game” Charlotte (c) vs. “The Boss” Sasha Banks
Charlotte with shots to Sasha early. Sasha takes control by using Charlotte’s own moves, including chops, the Figure Four Headlock and the Scissor Stomp. Sasha with double knees to the ribs of Charlotte while Charlotte was draped across the middle rope. Charlotte makes a comeback, hitting Sasha with a Hangman’s Neckbreaker for a nearfall. Sasha sends Charlotte outside, wipes her out with a tope suicida! Back in, Sasha gains a nearfall. Strike exchange, Sasha gains advantage, but then Charlotte with a Spear, turning Sasha inside out! Charlotte slips out of the Bank Statement, but Sasha counters the Figure Four with an inside cradle for a nearfall. Neckbreaker by Sasha for a nearfall. Sasha is yelling out in frustration. Charlotte with a T-Bone. Charlotte heads up top, but sees Sasha moving off the Moonsault with Flair and lands on her feet, then hits a front senton, but Sasha gets her feet on the ropes! Sasha slips out of a crucifix powerbomb, then catches Charlotte coming into the corner with a headscissors and sends her face-first into the middle turnbuckle! They head up top, but Charlotte counters a superplex and gourdbusters Sasha off the turnbuckles.

Main Event for the NXT Title: “The Man That Gravity Forgot” Adrian Neville (c) vs. Sami Zayn
BIG “OLE” chants for Zayn before the bell. Chain wrestling early, headlock exchange, stalemate. Neville begins working over Zayn’s arm. Zayn gets free, but Neville shows off his agility. Neville shows off some more, but Zayn with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, then wipes out Neville on the outside with an Arabian Press! Back in, Neville takes control on Zayn. Zayn gets free, but Neville with a running uppercut in the corner for a nearfall. Neville continues to take control, crowd wills on Zayn. Zayn fights back, but Neville with a 2nd Rope Missile Dropkick for a nearfall. Neville with Kawada Kicks to Zayn, but Zayn catches him coming in with a BIG clothesline! Zayn makes a comeback, flapjack countered into a dropkick, sending Neville to the outside. Zayn with a head of steam, but Neville gets back in and hits a rana. Zayn goes outside, Neville with a head of steam, but Zayn backdrops Neville outside. Zayn with another head of steam, FLIP DIVE wipes out Neville!
Back in, Top Rope Crossbody by Zayn for a nearfall. Series of standing switches, Neville with a handspring onto Zayn’s shoulders, but Zayn hits the Blue Thunder Bomb for a nearfall. Neville with a jawbreaker and another running uppercut in the corner. Neville sends Zayn off the ropes chest-first, Snap German by Neville for a nearfall. Zayn counters out of a powerbomb, but Neville avoids the Knucklelock Tornado DDT, LIGER BOMB by Neville for a nearfall. Neville is getting frustrated. Neville with shots, but Zayn fires up and gets in Neville’s face. They slug it out, Neville gains advantage with kicks, but Zayn turns Neville inside out with a clothesline! Neville avoids the OLE Kick, hits an enziguri. Neville heads up top for Red Arrow, but Zayn gets the knees up! KOJI CLUTCH APPLIED IN THE CENTER OF THE RING!! Neville, though, is somehow to get his feet on the ropes to force a break.
Neville counters the Buckle Exploder with a wheelbarrow victory roll for a nearfall. As Zayn kicks out, Neville lands on the referee, knocking him down. Zayn checks on the ref, superkick by Neville. REVERSE RANA!!! 1-2…..ZAYN KICKS OUT!!! NEVILLE CAN’T BELIEVE IT!! Crowd chants for Zayn. Both hit each other at the same time with right hands multiple times. Zayn avoids a head kick, hits 2 Germans and holds onto Neville. HALF & HALF!!! Neville avoids the OLE Kick and rolls out outside! Zayn goes out on the other side, TORPEDO DDT THROUGH THE TURNBUCKLES!!! Back in, Zayn goes for the OLE Kick, but Neville pulls the ref in the path, knocking the ref out! Neville rolls outside and grabs the NXT Title belt. Neville goes to hit Zayn with the title, but Zayn nails him with a spin kick. Zayn grabs the title belt and stares at it while the ref is still down. Zayn thinks about hitting Neville with the belt, but stops himself. Crowd does the “NO” chant. Neville rolls up Zayn, but Zayn kicks out! Zayn grabs Neville, BUCKLE EXPLODER!!!
OLE KICK!!!!! 1-2-3! NEW CHAMPION!!
Winner and NEW NXT Champion: Sami Zayn by pinfall (OLE Kick)
Zayn celebrates his title win afterwards. The NXT lockerroom then comes out to celebrate his win, including his best friend, Kevin Owens, who embraces Zayn. The NXT lockerroom lifts up Zayn on their shoulders as confetti falls down from the ceiling. Neville then comes from out of the corner and Zayn extends his hand, but Neville kicks it away. Neville then embraces Zayn and they raise each other’s hands. Crowd chants “NXT” as Neville leaves. Zayn continues to celebrate his title win as the NXT lockerroom leaves the ring. Owens & Zayn embrace once more at ringside, but then Owens slams down Zayn on the rampway. APRON POWERBOMB BY OWENS TO ZAYN!! Owens walks off with the NXT Title and bumps past NXT GM William Regal. Regal calls for medics as he & multiple ring attendants attend to the fallen Zayn as the show closes.
