Daniel Bryan will be facing Kane in his first match back with WWE on the 1/15 WWE Smackdown this week on Syfy. This will be the first Smackdown in the new Thursday time slot beginning at 8:00 p.m. Eastern (7:00 CT).
Also announced for the show is Bad News Barrett defending the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Sin Cara.
The match will be taped on Tuesday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
