Former WWE star Vito Lograsso (Big Vito) and FCW/NXT developmental talent Evan Singleton (Adam Mercer) have filed a class action “concussion lawsuit” against WWE in Pennsylvania. Lograsso claims to be suffering from “serious neurological damage including severe headaches, memory loss, depression and anxiety, as well as deafness”, while Singleton claims that after 15 matches he sustained multiple traumas including a serious head injury during a match with current WWE star Erick Rowan and a bleed in his brain.
