Randy Orton is being advertised for the Royal Rumble PPV this Sunday in Philadelphia by WWE. Local radio ads in Philadelphia have also been promoting Orton for the show as well. Orton had made brief returns at WWE live events in late December and was forced to undergo surgery for a deviated septum shortly aftewards delaying his return to WWE TV.
