WWE Hall of Famer Bob “Blackjack” Mulligan is said to have suffered a heart attack early on Wednesday right before he was scheduled to undergo brain surgery per a report by Mike Johnson. Mulligan, who is 72 years of age, is said to be currently in critical condition at the hospital, but is awake. Mulligan has underwent a number of health issues in recent years, notably suffering a stroke in 2009.
