The scheduled trial between Hulk Hogan and Gawker over the release of a sex tape featuring the WWE Hall of Famer set for 7/6 has been delayed according to CNN Money. Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal ruled Thursday that the trial would be delayed due to a legal technicality as the judge did not allow “sufficient time between the last motion filed and the start of the trial.” A new start date has not been set.
