Update on concussion lawsuits filed against WWE

Two major motions were filed by WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt this week.

A 49-page motion attempting to get the concussion lawsuit brought against WWE by Russ McCullough, Ryan Sakoda (Keiji Sakoda) and Matt Wiese (Luther Reigns) dismissed was filed due to a claim that Connecticut law states a plaintiff has two years from the date he or she sustained an injury to bring a negligence claim. None have performed for WWE since 2005. Another 51-page motion was filed to oppose the lawsuit brought against WWE by Konstantine Kyros on behalf of Bob Windham (Blackjack Mulligan).
