WWE 2K16 debuts new Legends Pack DLC and Arnold Schwarzenegger playable character

Just in time for the holidays, 2K is back with two big additions to its WWE 2K16 downloadable content offerings.

On Tuesday, the publisher of the best-selling WWE video game series released its highly anticipated Legends Pack DLC, as well as WWE Hall of Famer Arnold Schwarzenegger as a playable character. The Legends Pack DLC and Schwarzenegger are now available as DLC for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as well as PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

The new Legends Pack DLC will help grappling gamers turn back the clock in their favorite WWE video game through the inclusion of some of the most storied Superstars in history. For only $8.99, users can immediately add the Legends Pack DLC to their WWE 2K16 gameplay experience.

2K’s new offering will make the following WWE Legends available as playable characters in WWE 2K16:

Dusty Rhodes
Lita
“Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig
“Rowdy” Roddy Piper
Trish Stratus
Big Boss Man

For WWE fans looking to put those Legends in the fight of their lives, they need only to obtain 2K’s other new addition to the playable roster: Arnold Schwarzenegger. The WWE Hall of Famer will actually appear in WWE 2K16 as two different characters, with each one recreating a different version of his iconic T-800 role from the feature films “The Terminator” and “Terminator 2: Judgment Day.” Schwarzenegger is now available for download for only $4.99.

Both the Legends Pack DLC and Schwarzenegger playable characters are available to subscribers of the WWE 2K16 Season Pass, which also gives grappling gamers such popular offerings as the Accelerator, New Moves Pack, Future Stars Pack and the WWE Hall of Fame 2K Showcase mode. WWE 2K16 Season Pass includes all those features and more for only $24.99.

WWE 2K16 is rated T for Teen by the ESRB, and is now available in stores worldwide.
