The following is new updates regarding current court cases involving Adam Rose, Tammy Sytch and Jimmy Snuka.

Adam Rose scheduled for court in June

WWE star Adam Rose (Raymond Leppan) is scheduled to appear at the Hillsborough County Court in Florida on June 7 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern for his next hearing on charges of felony tampering with a witness and a misdemeanor battery for domestic violence. Leppan is currently under indefinite suspension by WWE until the court case is resolved.

Tammy Sytch sentencing hearing postponed

The sentencing hearing for WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch for multiple DUI arrests last year in Pennsylvania has been postponed this week to July 3 at the Carbon County Court in Pennsylvania. The postponement is due to Sytch going to a treatment facility in March to deal with her long-standing personal issues. Sytch was arrested for DUI on three separate occasions last year, which she plead guilty to in all three cases. The presiding judge has previously said that there will be mandatory prison sentences on two of the three DUI cases against Sytch, with the possibility of Sytch being placed under house arrest after her prison term ends.

Competency hearing for Jimmy Snuka to continue this week

The hearing to see if WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Snuka is mentally competent enough to stand trial for the 1983 murder of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino in Pennsylvania will continue this week, with a date set for this coming Wednesday in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Snuka was charged last year with involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder. Snuka’s defense team has since repeatedly claimed that Snuka, due to effects of head trauma and dementia, is not fit to be able to stand trial for this case, leading to these hearings to determine if Snuka is able or not to be mentally competent enough to stand trial.
