List of past WWE Wellness violations

To follow up on a report yesterday regarding a new round of drug testing in WWE and how creative turned in a list of names that wouldn’t be available starting with Monday night’s big three-hour Raw TV taping in Charlotte, NC, ProWrestling.net has compiled a list of past WWE Wellness Policy violations that may or may not be relevant if suspensions go down soon.

WWE’s rules and violations for testing positive under the WWE Wellness Policy remain as follows: ” For testing positive the first time, a WWE talent is suspended for 30 days without pay. For testing positive a second time, a WWE talent is suspended for 60 days without pay. For testing positive a third time, a WWE talent’s contract with WWE is terminated.”

Here is the list for those still active on the WWE roster:

* William Regal (two violations)

* Chavo Guerrero (two violations)

* Jeff Hardy (two violations)

* Randy Orton (one violation)

* Jimmy Wang Yang (one violation)

* Dolph Ziggler (one violation)

* D.H. Smith (one violation)

* Edge (one violation)

* Charlie Haas (one violation)

* John Morrison (one violation)

* Gregory Helms (one violation)

* Festus (one violation)

* Funaki (one violation)
