Jim Ross reveals vehicular homicide charge dismissed by judge in death of his wife

Jim Ross

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross revealed on Twitter on Thursday afternoon that the vehicular homicide charge against the 17-year-old involved in the death of his wife Jan was dismissed by a judge in Norman, Oklahoma this week.

Ross’ wife Jan was struck by a car last March while driving a Vespa scooter and died two days later in the hospital as a result of the accident. She was only 55 years old.

Ross added the driver, Nathan Ferrell, was still allowed to keep his drivers license and that the state of Oklahoma did not immediately object to the ruling.

JR will be calling this Monday’s RAW 25th Anniversary show with Jerry “The King” Lawler during the portions of the show airing from the Manhattan Center.
