WWE filming Ultimate Deletion at Hardy Compound
WWE was scheduled to film the Ultimate Deletion between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt at the Hardy Compound in Cameron, North Carolina today according to PWInsider.com.
The compound was the site of numerous segments filmed for Impact Wrestling including the now infamous Final Deletion battle between Matt and Jeff Hardy two years ago.
Hardy teased back in January that he expected a segment to take place in WWE.
Update on Bobby Fish injury
Bobby Fish, one half of the current NXT Tag Team Champions along with Kyle O’Reilly, is scheduled to undergo surgery on his knee in Birmingham, Alabama this week according to a new report by The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online.
The injury, which took place on March 4 at an NXT live event in Indianapolis, is expected to keep Fish out of the ring and unable to defend the NXT Tag Team Championships with O’Reilly at the upcoming NXT TakeOver: New Orleans special.
WWE announced plans at the NXT TV tapings on Wednesday night involving the tag team titles, meaning Adam Cole would likely sub in for the injured Fish.
