I’ll give my answer, but first I want to say it with AJ right here in the ring, so I can say it to his face, so come on out AJ! The Miz makes his way out instead, saying everyone is sick of seeing Jericho and AJ play footsie and that he has a much more important announcement to make! My major announcement is not only that I was the guest of honor at the post-RAW Grammy afterparty at the Playboy Mansion, but you don’t need to worry about AJ Styles because you have a match with the real A-Lister right now! Let’s get back to the business at hand, so AJ come on out! AJ makes his way out to the ring, and Jericho speaks up again. There’s a saying we have here in the WWE, “you’re only as good as your last match.” As far as I’m concerned, in our last match I beat you. I know you wanna make a name for yourself in the WWE, but you’re gonna have to do it with someone else. I respect you, AJ, you’re one of the best in the world today, but this isn’t about respect. I respect you, but I don’t really like you, and I don’t feel like doing you any favors. So the answer to your question, AJ-Y2J 3 at Fastlane, is no. What’s going on, give me the good word! Heyman says he has a lot of respect for Roman Reigns but he should tell his little brother that his client, Brock Lesnar, is here at Smackdown, and he’s in a really bad mood…and he’s looking for you. Dean looks worried, asking for advice but Heyman has none…so Dean guesses he just has to figure it out on his own. You tell Brock not to keep me waiting this time! Dean walks off as we see a post from Fabolous on Instagram involving his son having a custom WWE bedroom and MITB briefcase, and we see they’re in attendance tonight as commentary hypes the Cutting Edge Peep Show for Fastlane featuring the New Day! Backstage, JoJo is standing by with The New Day, asking how they’re preparing for the Cutting Edge Peep Show. Xavier Woods says they’re the franchise player tag team of WWE, they don’t need to get ready! Edge and Christian aren’t even real musicians, we have real musical instruments. Kofi says she doesn’t even deserve a sneak peek, so they’re gonna save that supa hot fiyah for Sunday! Big E says when all is said and done they’re gonna hop in a stretch limo, ride down the road, and automatically be entered into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! Kofi offers some advice about Edge and Christian: they’ve kinda gone out of style! Big E says this ain’t the 90s, people don’t say things reek of awesomeness, people don’t use flash photography.
