AEW reportedly expected to launch a second television show by the end of 2020

AEW's new show coming end of 2020

All Elite Wrestling agreed to an extension with WarnerMedia through 2023 that also called for the addition of a second one-hour wrestling show.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, AEW has had to focus on how they are going to produce Dynamite and Dark on a weekly basis, leading to talks of the second show coming to a halt. F4WOnline is now reporting that talks have resumed and the new show is expected to launch before the end of 2020.

It is unclear on what network the show could air and when it would air. Initial plans were to tape the show on Wednesday night before or after Dynamite and have it air on another night. The show was also thought to air on TNT, but it could go to any WarnerMedia owned network, including the HBO Max streaming service.

The four-year extension was for $175 million with an option for 2024 at a significantly higher price.
