WWE said to be discussing several ideas for WrestleMania 38 weekend

According to a new report from F4WOnline, The planning is on for next April’s WWE has been in contact with AT&T Stadium officials with several ideas on how to approach the WrestleMania, including Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown.

As of now, WrestleMania 38 is only scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 3rd. However, it is being said that doing two days of WrestleMania is under consideration. Right now, WWE and stadium officials are “looking into planning, security, insurance, cost of production, length of the event (two days vs. one day) and other locations for shows that weekend.

It was noted that one idea is having both WrestleMania and Raw at AT&T Stadium with a 40,000-seat setup.  In addition, it was stated WWE cannot run the go-home episode of SmackDown at the American Airlines Center as it’s booked for a Dallas Mavericks NBA game.

It was further noted that Gerald Ford Stadium located on the campus of Southern Methodist University that seats 32,000 is also under consideration for both Monday’s Raw and Friday’s SmackDown because of the amount of fans they expect to be in town for the weekend.
