Final 30 minutes of next Friday’s “Supersized” SmackDown will be commercial free

During the Penn State vs. Iowa college football game on FOX on Saturday, a commercial aired promoting next Friday night’s “Supersized” WWE SmackDown on FS1, noting that the final 30 minutes of the show will be commercial free.

We had previously reported that next week’s Friday Night SmackDown will be a two-and-a-half hour show, with the final 30 minutes going head-to-head with a live broadcast of AEW Rampage. Tony Khan put a challenge out to WWE indicating he is going to beat the final 30 minutes of WWE SmackDown in the ratings. Current cable listings indicate a replay of WWE SmackDown airing on FS1 immediately following the live broadcast.

Next week’s “Supersized” WWE SmackDown is airing for one night on FS1 due to the Major League Baseball Playoffs.

Next week’s “Supersized” WWE Friday Night SmackDown, which is the final episode before Crown Jewel will take place live from the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California.
