WWE Raw Superstar AJ Styles is set to appear on NXT 2.0 Tuesday night.
During Mondays WWE Raw in Milwaukee, it was announced that Styles would be on this Tuesday’s NXT.
Styles appearance was set up by a video that NXT Superstar Grayson Waller posted on Twitter this past weekend.
Waller said in the video, The Miz should have better Miz TV guests than Styles. Waller also said he loved Styles when he was a kid, but Styles is hanging on a bit too long in his career. He then mocked Styles’ haircut and said he is riding Omos’ coattails. Waller then put on sunglasses and called himself “The Phenomenal Grayson Waller.”
The tag team of Styles and Omos officially came to an end on Raw Monday night, after dissension between them. Omos refused to tag in, leading to him and Styles to lose to Rey and Dominik Mysterio. During the post-match Styles fought with Omos match, but Omos gave Styles a press slam as he went for the Phenomenal Forearm.
