Report: WWE Warrior Award recipient retires after 50+ year career

A report from PWInsider has indicated that a longtime employee of WWE has finally put a cap on a long career in the company.

The report states that Rich Hering, who served as Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Risk Management for over 50 years, opted to retire on his own accord, with a note that this was not a cut made by Endeavor.

Hering’s tenure with the company dates back to when it was branded the Worldwide Wrestling Federation (WWWF) under Vince McMahon, Sr.

Hering’s work in this office would come to earn him the honor of being a Warrior Award recipient in 2021.
