CBS 58 in Milwaukee has reported on the city’s efforts to bring WWE to American Family Field.
According to the news outlet, city leaders have been in talks with WWE with a pitch to potentially bring the company’s Royal Rumble premium live event to the venue.
A statement from a spokesperson for the Brewers MLB franchise addressed how the field could see a wider array of events year-round following maintenance is done to winterize the venue, set to occur after the 2025 baseball season concludes.
The report comes after Milwaukee mayor Cavalier Johnson posted on social media, calling attention to the venue’s success in revenue.
