Cody Rhodes did not give his soul to The Rock at Elimination Chamber on Saturday night.
Instead, it was John Cena who gave his soul to The Rock. Cena had just come off a win, as the Men’s Elimination Chamber winner, punching his ticket to face Cody at WrestleMania 41 for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
After The Rock demanded Cody’s soul, Cody told The Rock he gave his soul to the ring and the fans years ago. Cody then told The Rock he could go “F— himself.”
Cody and Cena embraced in the ring. The Rock then gave a signal, then leading to Cena to kick Cody between the legs. Cena then hit Cody with his rolex, a microphone and then the Undisputed WWE Championship, busting open Cody.
Travis Scott then held Cody as The Rock whipped Cody with a belt.
