Brooke Hogan has spoken out on the investigation into the passing of her father Hulk Hogan, telling TMZ that the Clearwater Police Department “missed the mark” by not launching a major investigation immediately after the WWE Hall of Famer’s death.
There’s been a lot of inconsistencies from the BEGINNING. I think CWPD missed the mark by not IMMEDIATELY making this a big investigation and not questioning everything and everybody out the gate. This should have been treated as a taped off, locked down, thorough investigation from day one.
The police announced late last week that their investigation concluded with no evidence of criminal wrongdoing, something that Hogan’s daughter takes umbrage with.
Brooke, who was estranged from her father at the time of his death but still felt “a close connection,” has raised several issues as a result of a private autopsy commissioned by others in Hogan’s family, rather than the city’s medical examiner.
Hulk Hogan passed away in July 2025 at the age of 71, following weeks of complications from neck fusion surgery.
