PWInsider Elite has reported that Bronson Reed is “100 percent” expected to return to the WWE roster on a full-time basis at some point in September, following more than six months away due to injury.
The former NXT North American Champion underwent surgery to repair a torn bicep sustained on the 2/23 episode of Raw during an Elimination Chamber qualifying Triple Threat Match.
The update comes after Reed’s name reportedly resurfaced within the company’s merchandising department in a manner suggesting plans were being made for his comeback.
An exact date on his return has yet to be reported as of this writing.
