The Motor City Machine Guns defeated Heath Miller and Rhino to become the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Champions. This is be their third win as tag team champions.
Former ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham is also at the taping. He is married to current IMPACT Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. It is being said Gresham is not signed to the promotion.
Kilynn King, who has appeared on a number of AEW Dark episode is also backstage and will be wrestling at the tapings.
