Scott D’Amore’s next move looks to have been revealed

Back on April 14, Maple Leaf Wrestling Inc filed to trademark “Maple Leaf Wrestling.”

The trademark was filed by Attorney Michael E. Dockins, who has assisted several wrestlers with filing trademarks.

The address listed on the filing is the same address as the Border City Wrestling school, which is owned and operated by former TNA/IMPACT Wrestling President Scott D’Amore.

D’Amore was released by TNA Wrestling back on February 7, 2024.

Maple Leaf Wrestling was the unofficial name in the 1970s and 1980s of the professional wrestling promotion run by Frank Tunney in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The promotion, was initially known as the Queensbury Athletic Club, which started in back in 1930.

The WWF took over Maple Leaf Wrestling in 1984 and continued to use the name for Canadian television. The final show was held at the Gardens on September 17, 1995.
