Goodtime and partner Johnny Yuma are Tag Team Champions all throughout the NWA including M1W and Goodtime is looking to add a little more gold to that collection as he faces off with the 3-time Worlds Champion Adam Pearce. Cedric the Hitman vs. Johnny Yuma – The other half of the M1W Tag Team Champions will also be in singles action as Johnny Yuma looks to avenge his loss last week to Johnny Paradise when Cedric the Hitman interjected himself into the match. This week Cedric the Hitman will have to face the consequences of his actions, but will Yuma be able to bounce back strong enough to beat the crafty Hitman? Come find out. \”Pretty\” Peter Avalon (w/ Mr. Biggz) vs. Todd Chandler – Avalon has been riding a wave of success since defeating Joey Ryan and despite his and Mr. Biggz questionable methods to victory, Avalon has found himself sky rocketing into title contention. This week however, he must face somebody who is as young and hungry to reach the top as himself in Todd Chandler. Will Avalon continue to ride the train to the top or will Chandler derail his momentum? Mikey Callahan & Kyle Webb (w/ David Troy) vs. Nick Madrid & Ruben Iglesias – In recent weeks, David Troy has been trying to recruit Mikey Callahan to join him and Webb and in a shocking turn of events, it seems to pressure from Troy, along with multiple tough luck losses have made Callahan agree to this unholy alliance. Now these once rivals have signed to take on two men looking to create some momentum of their own in fellow M1W students Nick Madrid & Ruben Iglesias. The Human Tornado vs. Angel Santos – The Human Tornado makes his return to M1W and is looking to make a big splash against newcomer Angel Santos. When Santos heard that Tornado was returning, he was quick to challenge him to a match as he may feel that he can catch Tornado with a bit of ring rust and perhaps score the biggest win of his young career. Jacob Diez vs. Leo Blaze – One time partners, Diez and Blaze are also classmates at the M1W Wrestling 101 School, but don\’t look for friendly competition here as Diez is coming off 2 losses and wants to stop that streak ASAP and Blaze wants to impress officials with a win in his debut. NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce Seminar This Saturday, May 15th is the \”Scrap Iron\” Adam Pearce \”Wrestling 101\” Seminar followed by the \”Saturday Showcase\” student show. “Scrap Iron” brings a wealth of experience with a career spanning over fifteen years, in which time he has wrestled all over the globe and achieved success in every promotion he has worked in, having won championship gold multiple times over. Pearce’s reputation has been built on a solid foundation of sound ring psychology and a high wrestling IQ, which he will be sharing with students and attendees for the first time. Adam will also bring invaluable information pertaining to what promoters are looking for, and what it takes to make a true living in the professional wrestling business. The Adam Pearce Wrestling Seminar will be held Saturday, May 15th, at the “Wrestling 101” Training Facility, located at the American Sports Center in Anaheim CA, home to the team 2008 gold medal winning USA Men’s National and silver medal winning Women’s National volleyball teams, and home venue of the weekly M1W “Friday Fight Night” wrestling shows.
