The fastest growing wrestling promotion in the southeast invades the National Guard Armory in Wilmington, NC on Saturday Night, January 16th when the UPWA presents New Year’s Massacre 2010.
For the first show of the New Year, UPWA has a few late presents for its fans with an action packed card of nine matches, 5 for titles.
After months of verbal sparring and cheap shots, the match is finally here. Djinn will defend the UPWA Carolinas title against Beast in a falls count anywhere match.
In other action the first-ever UPWA Women’s Champion will be crowned when Mia S. will face off with Joose.
UPWA Cruiserweight Champion The Amazing Velvet will defend the title in a triple threat match against Tavare Hill and Shady Da Clown.
A four-way elimination match will determine the UPWA Tag Team Champions featuring the teams of Smooth Excellence, Apocalypse, B.D. Productions and Aerial Assassins.
The non-stop action is headlined by a Main Event that will crown a new UPWA Champion. After weeks of grueling matches between the best athletes in the south, the tournament to crown a new UPWA Heavyweight Champion will conclude when Carnage will face LA Tank in a two out of three falls match.
