C*4 continues to DOMINATE! Rhino! N.B.A’s Challenge! Brodie vs. Elgin – THE REMATCH!
Following a record setting “Level Up 2011” event last month, C*4 quickly jumps towards its next two huge events. Already announced, on May 7th, 2011, C*4 returns to Montreal for our “Stand Alone 2011” card, featuring a monster grudge match between “Mr. Wrestling” Kevin Steen and Jimmy Jacobs. However, before we return to Montreal, C*4 has another overloaded event back home in Ottawa on Saturday April 30th, 2011.

There are a few things to note coming out of C*4’s “Level Up” event, which impact the main event match-up for “Domination 2K11” – and talent appearing.

C*4 Champion “Player Dos” Stupefied and Player Uno… As seen following his major win over Kevin Steen on March 26th, Stupefied seems to have proven to himself and all doubters, that he is indeed the top dog in C*4. However, there is one man he has not faced… The man he managed to overcome last June to win the Championship, Player Uno, has never had the chance in a straight-up singles match for said title.

Player Uno survived the “Wildcard 6-Man Elimination Match” on March 26th to be the next challenger to the C*4 Championship. Player Uno told Stupefied on March 26th, that he wants to be the next challenger to his Championship gold. Uno has told Stupefied that he wants him at the one-year anniversary of Stupefied’s Championship victory. Player Uno wants Stupefied on June 17th, 2011, “Crossing the Line IV”!

Stupefied has quite clearly told C*4 management that he refuses to appear on April 30th for the disrespect he felt over the way Player Uno ruined his “golden moment”. Player Uno, upon hearing this stated he will not be appearing either, until he is standing in the ring with Stupefied… More on this as it develops.

This brings us to April 30th, and three main events that are being put together to make “Domination 2K11” an event to remember…

Screwed out of a win by “Textbook” Tyson Dux in their first singles encounter in several years, “Canadian Crazyhorse” Michael Elgin wants revenge.

As stated following the match, Dux has told Elgin that if he wants a rematch and opportunity to gain his vengeance over his loss – he must go through Elgin’s toughest opponent in C*4… “Big Rig” Brodie Lee!

It was Brodie Lee who defeated Elgin last June at “Crossing the Line III”, in a confrontation that was tied as the top Ontario Indy Wrestling Match of the year, and voted by C*4 fans as their pick for match of the year. It is no doubt in anybody’s minds that this showdown will once again set a standard of carnage and smash-mouth brawling style for C*4 and the entire province.

Next up… The N.B.A, the trio of “MVP” Michael Von Payton, “Ronin” Josh Alexander, and “Prince of Persia” Rahim Ali, has shocked a lot of people. Despite some bumps in the road, the trio has held on to the C*4 Tag Team Championship since November – and have managed to take out a couple of challengers who may be out for a few events.

On March 26th, Ali and MVP defeated the challenge of The Wolfmun, Twiggy and Beef Wellington. They did more than just win, and injured both participants.

Following the match, Twiggy participated on an Interspecies Wrestling event on March 27th. Suffering from headaches over the 24 hours between shows, Twiggy brushed things off. However in doing so, he further aggravated an injury suffered on the 26th. Things came to a head recently, when it was discovered that Twiggy had suffered some deep bruising to his orbital bone. Twiggy has since been advised by doctors to not wrestle again for at least 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately this means Twiggy cannot wrestle on April 30th.

Beef Wellington, much like Twiggy suffered several injuries, and also pushed through and participated on March 27th, despite injury. In the weeks since, it has been discovered that Beef re-aggravated a 2009 partially-torn ACL injury.

With The Wolfmun out, The NBA have told C*4 management that they will headline the show on April 30th, and will challenge any two men from the C*4 locker room to step-up and take a shot at the C*4 Tag Team Championship. Representing the NBA will be “MVP” Michael Von Payton and “Ronin” Josh Alexander…

With Alexander and Von Payton busy for the night, it appears as though fellow NBA member, Rahim Ali has set his sites very high… Apparently feeling truly invincible, Rahim Ali has declared that the NBA must be recognized as the true force in C*4 – and as such, must tackle the biggest of challengers…

“The Prince of Persia” Rahim Ali, looking to make a statement – will face off against a man making his debut in C*4. A man who has competed all over the world, holding countless Championships in WWE, ECW and TNA…

On Saturday April 30th, “The Prince of Persia” goes to war with the MAN-BEAST… RHINO!

Following the defeat of Ali and Alexander at the hands of Raven and Mike Rollins, it is clear that Ali has a new found mean-streak. After the brutal beating that Twiggy and Beef Wellington sustained, I think that it’s safe to say that he will defiantly be ready to step up at “Domination 2K11”.

Finally for today, we have one more singles match to announce to you… A match that might seem like an odd pairing, but has the potential to steal the show…

“Textbook” Tyson Dux is a man who is a master of all styles of professional wrestling – with a mind that could literally fill a text book. Some might call him old-school. Well, Tyson Dux will have his hands full with another master of the old-school on April 30, 2011.

Making his first appearance in Ottawa for C*4, is a man who debuted in Montreal on January 15th, 2011 – at “Triumph”… C*4 is excited to welcome back the “Old Timey King of Swing”, Dasher Hatfield!
