5/31- Unofficial WWE Afterparty Results
Live professional wrestling debuted at 4Play Sports Bar in Winnipeg, Manitoba this past Friday, May 27th right after WWE Raw at the MTS Center for the Unofficial WWE Afterparty! Here are the results from the debut show,
1) “Beautiful” Bobby Jay regained the 123Approved.ca Open Rules championship by defeated former WWE superstar EUGENE in a No DQ match following assistance from “The Face of Country Music” JJ Sanchez.
2) Darren “The Bomb” Dalton won a 10 man over the top rope battle royal last eliminating Moses Luke to become the number one contender for the Open Rules title.
3) CWE champion Mentallo retained his title in a hard fought battle with “Strip N Dale” Matt Fairlane.
4) “Hotshot” Danny Duggan & AJ Sanchez defeated CWE Tag Team champions Team Impact with Lacey by disqualification after Robby Royce hit Duggan with a tag title following a Cruel Summer on Anderson Tyson Moore.
5) EUGENE & Zack Mercury were victorious over the team of “Beautiful” Bobby Jay & JJ Sanchez w/Daisey Mae
Wrestling returns to 4Play Sports Bar on Sunday June 19th when the Alliance of Defiance Presents Relaunch. Already announced for this supershow is former WWE Intercontinental & United States champion Carlito, Former TNA champion & WWE superstar Rhyno, and the Greatest Intercontinental champion of all time The Honky Tonk Man! CWE champion Mentallo who has had a very impressive run as CWE champion and has yet to be pinned or made submit in the company’s two and a half year history will go head to head with one of the industry’s most most impressive and successful wrestlers of this generation, CARLITO! CARLITO barely made his CWE debut when he arrived an hour after the anniversary show was scheduled to be finished after a hold up at Canadian customs back in February to defeat the first ever CWE champion AJ Sanchez in a classic encounter. Now CARLITO looks to go 2 for 2 with a win over the seemingly unbeatable Mentallo!
