– It is now known that Jimmy Jacobs will substitute for Steve Corino at “Death Before Dishonor IX” against El Generico. ROH officials are aware of the outside concerns as well as the personal concerns and will allow Corino to go to Japan and avoid the match for now. However ROH officials want to make it clear to Steve Corino that the one on one match will inevitably happen and when it does he must be prepared or else face consequences. Corino must face the test against El Generico before he can move on with ROH or himself. The outside threat is of no concern to anybody outside of ROH security and staff. Security levels have recently been raised and if there is any sign of a threat the levels will be heighten to what is necessary.
