Hello everyone, here is the results from last night’s ROH on Sinclair TV Tapings that took place in the former home of OVW, the Davis Arena in Louisville, KY. Unfortunately, the matches that were taped are in no particular order and it is unclear at this time when these matches will air on future ROH episodes. Thanks to Chris from www.pwponderings.com who was live at the tapings.
1. T.J. Perkins defeated Mike Mondo
2. ROH TV champion Jay Lethal vs. “The Prodigy” Mike Bennett went to a time-limit draw. Lethal wanted five more minutes, but Bennett walked off.
3. Roderick Strong defeated Kyle O’Reilly.
4. The Briscoes defeated All Night Express to earn a Tag Team Title shot at Final Battle 2011.
5. Tommaso Ciampa squash
6. Michael Elgin squash
7. ROH Tag Team Champions World’s Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin) defeated Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander.
8. The Young Bucks defeated The Bravado Brothers
9. ROH World champion Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards defeated Michael Elgin & Roderick Strong
Also filmed were promos from The Briscoes, Haas & Benjamin & Eddie Edwards concerning their matches at Final Battle 2011. Finally, an angle was done involving Jim Cornette & Steve Corino to further the Kevin Steen storyline.
Matches announced for Final Battle 2011 on December 23th
1. ROH World Title: Davey Richards(c) vs Eddie Edwards
2. ROH Tag Team Titles: The Briscoes vs Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team(should they remain champions by Final Battle)
