Ring of Honor released the following photo on Facebook with the tag, “It’s true… Jim Cornette blocks Briscoes and Adam Cole from leaving.”
As reported yesterday, a report by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter stated that WWE had shown interest in The Briscoe Brothers (Adam Cole doesn’t appear to be listed in the original). Some wrestling media sources had picked up on another version of the story stating that Jim Cornette was involved in blocking the move. That was never reported by Wrestleview.
