PRESS RELEASE- “Living Legend” Larry Winters Comments on the TWA Reunion Show Oct 24th
With less than one-week away from the TWA Reunion Show on October 24 in Voorhees, New Jersey, a lot of the talent booked on the show has been contacting the TWA office expressing their excitement as the event draws near. One of those performers is the “Living Legend” Larry Winters. Winters says he will be at the TWA Reunion, but he is not happy!
“There are two main events booked for the TWA Reunion, and I am not even booked in even one of them!?” Winters shouted on the TWA office’s voicemail. “And everybody is making a big deal about Tony Stetson coming out of retirement! You’ve got to be kidding! I am thee Living Legend, I am the original pioneer of the TWA, and if anybody doubts that, come see me on the 24th as I destroy Jimmy Jannetty and teach him a lesson. And since everybody seems so jealous of the Legend, I’m going to have some back-up and an extra set of eyes in the form of my former tag team partner ‘Mad Dog’ D.C. Drake. I promise when people leave the Reunion Show they won’t be talking about Al Snow, Buddy Landel, Steve Corino, Glen Osbourne or even Tony Stetson, they will be talking about the one and the only, ‘Living Legend’ Larry Winters!!!”
Winters, undoubtedly, is a true pioneer in the TWA and in the Philadelphia-area wrestling market, and he is intent on making sure everyone at the TWA Reunion Show is fully aware of it.
