BREAKING POWER TRIP WRESTLING NEWS
Breaking news from the world famous (or infamous!) Power Trip Wrestling Office, which has been confirmed literally this second; is that ‘The First Lady Of PTW’, Chrissie, has placed former PTW World Champion El Ligero, as the Special Referee for the main event between the champion, Conor Hurley, and Mason Storm (with Petey Staniforth in his corner), on Sunday 6th September’s PTW show ‘Family Business’ in Corby, Northamptonshire.
When asked why, Chrissie was quoted as saying “I want to make sure that Peter doesn’t get involved on Mason Storm’s behalf, and cheat Conor Hurley out of the PTW World Title. This way, I think it’s certain we’ll get a fair match, with a fair referee in charge of it. And the best part of it, is that Peter can’t get involved too easily!”.
When we approached Petey about it, his mood turned from jovially speaking of how his beloved Luton Town FC are still unbeaten this season, to angrily shouting that “First of all, my name is Petey. And I am sick of women interrupting my life, and hassling me at work. Isn’t it enough Tiffany Wantsmore hurt my shoulder last week? Isn’t it enough for Chrissie to have hounded me all the way through the PTW Summer Tour? I don’t give a damn what masked muppet she’s made as special referee for the main event in Corby, I don’t care one bit. Because Mason Storm will be bringing the PTW World Title to my group The Untouchables on Sunday; and no one’s going to stop that from happening, be they man, woman, or mineral. Never forget, I’m a Luton boy….and we don’t play fair!”.
