- Sabu is the mystery former NWA Champ to take on Malice in a ladder match with a shot at the title at stake.

Sabu vs. Malice #1 Contenders Ladder Match
-Lots of crazy spots, as well as crazy missed spots. Sabu won the match, and it will be Sabu vs. Shamrock next week for the NWA Title. Sabu was attacked by Mitchell's guys after the match. Malice choke slammed Sabu through a table off the ring.

-Next there was a confrontation between A.J. Styles and Jerry Lynn. Styles agreed that Lynn could lead the team, but then Styles turned on him and beat him down.

-Francine attacked Jasmin in the shower backstage.

-K Krush had an interview where he complained about the WWF firing him. K Krush is supposed to be heel, but the fans are chanting for him.

K-Krush vs. Norman Smiley
-K Krush won fairly quick with the Arn Anderson gordbuster. Krush whipped Norman with a studded belt after the match. An overweight lady came out, supposedly Smiley's wife, and K Krush attempted to hit her as well.

-Puppet was shown hiding in garbage can backstage, supposedly "spanking the monkey" although he denied it. Sounds like a Russo idea to me.

Flying Elvis' (Jorge Estrada & Sonny Siaki) vs. Christopher Daniels & Elix Skipper
-Siaki got the pin on Skipper. Siaka walked out on Estrada, and the Dupps came out and broke boards over Estrada's head.

-Hall attacked K Krush.

Puppet vs. Meatball
-Puppet got the win. In Dave Meltzer's words, "Remember Jackie Gayda and Trish Stratus on Raw? Well, they were Flair and Steamboat next to this." Terrible match.

-Teo tried to take one of the dancing girls tops off.

Jasmin vs. Francine
-A short catfight of a match. Blue Meanie gave Francine a ddt to end the match.

A.J. Styles vs. Low Ki
-Crowd was not into the match early, due to something happening within the crowd. Styles wins the match with the Styles clash. Lynn attacked Styles after the match and gave him a piledriver.

Scott Hall vs. Brian Lawler
-Lawler did a long interview concerning his dad before the match, kind of like to build up a match even though we know it won't happen. Hall won the match with the Razor's Edge. Said to not be that great of a match. K Krush and Lawler beat up Hall after the match. Jeff Jarrett showed up and destroyed Hall and a bunch of other guys with a chair.

-Next week we have A.J. Styles vs. Jerry Lynn, and Ken Shamrock vs. Sabu in a ladder match that can also end by submission.
