PWInsider is reporting that current Ring of Honor star Chris Sabin suffered a knee injury at Saturday night’s TV tapings at Center Stage in Atlanta

PWInsider confirmed the injury was legitimate and not part of an angle or storyline and that Sabin will be getting his knee checked out when he returns home.

Sabin suffered previous knee injuries in 2011 and 2012 during his time in TNA Wrestling that required surgeries.

The report also included the following message below that he received from a fan who was in attendance at Saturday night’s TV tapings:

“After taking a bump halfway through the match, Sabin rolled to the outside and grabbed at his knee.  Trainers came over, and Sabin did not participate in the rest of the match.  At the end of the match, Sabin was assisted out of the ringside area being taken out through a different exit than the other wrestlers.”
